Proposed Ground Water Management Plan
Beryl/Enterprise
The EVWUA has continued to be proactive in developing a ground water management plan for the Beryl-Enterprise area that provides the important economic stability for the community, meets the needs of the water users, and also meets the State Engineer's statutory requirement to achieve safe yield objectives (See History & Summary).
A ground water management plan has been presented to the State Engineer and a report has been produced by former State Engineer, Dee Hansen, detailing the validity of this plan, specifically in regards to protecting the ground water resources while gradually achieving the safe yield objective.
