Listed below you will a copy of HB228 which is referred to as the "Groundwater Management Act" which attempts to define "safe yeild" and the process to acheive this goal.
Also listed is the text from SB 20 from the 2010 legislative session.  This is enabling legislation that would allow the valley water users to create a district if it becomes apparent this tool will help achieve our goals.
